Last week i was so excited to present my paper on "Diastasis Recti - a post partum musculoskeletal concern for return to professional dance". The annual International Association of Dance Medicine and Science conference is just amazing.

Sunday's performance of Swan Lake by Ballet Austin at the Long Center marked the end of the 2014-15 season. I am so utterly in awe of the commitment and talent right here in Austin.

But not unexpectedly, I treat multiple foot injuries day after day. These foot stretches put together by a former physical therapy colleague of mine in NYC are great!
