I am excited to announce that I am switching my Therapeutic Pilates business to online and starting a telehealth Physical Therapy practice. It is my hope that I can continue offering care to the community without risking anyone’s health.

I had the pleasure of participating in the Task Force on Dancer Health meeting in NYC in early January. it was such a pleasure to meet with dance medicine physicians and physical therapists from around the US and Canada. Such a wealth of knowledge in one small room!

I was so honored to present my research on diastasis recti at the most recent International Association of Dance Medicine and Science meeting in Montreal.

Last week i was so excited to present my paper on "Diastasis Recti - a post partum musculoskeletal concern for return to professional dance". The annual International Association of Dance Medicine and Science conference is just amazing.
